It has helped me with so many projects that I’m very familiar with it. I can simply drag and drop elements, and the interface feels very user-friendly. I also like that Canva runs smoothly on low-memory devices, and I’m able to keep multiple Canva tabs open at the same time without issues. That’s especially useful when I’m editing reels for different accounts: I can open several tabs with different formats at once, drag and drop the media into each one, and keep changes consistent across them just by switching between tabs. For example, if I add a text element to a 1-minute video and then drag and drop a 40-second video, the text element should automatically adjust to match the new video length. We eventually realized after a few months that those items were included. - Sometimes editing the size of something on a design will not let you drag to the size you want, it forces you to align with another object on the page which can be frustrating. I found an alternative where you go in one at a time and change the positioning by a couple points but it's still not the most intuitive or easy to use. - Customer service doesn't really exist. It's hard to find the contact information and then when you do it's just an email. So you email them and get a different person responding each time and it is a delayed response.
