Disclo has been instrumental in creating an accommodations request process that is easy, accessible, and equitable. As a co-lead for our Disability Affinity Group here at Webflow, it has been, more than anything, a symbol of safety and solidarity for the disabled employees here.

By utilizing Disclo's educational features, they are helping us to cultivate a culture that places disability inclusion at the core of our organization. Not only are employees learning about their rights under the ADA and becoming more curious about disability after the implementation, but by ensuring that everyone has access to easily request modifications or changes to their routines, it fosters an atmosphere of safety around disclosure. I don't have any negative feedback about Disclo so far!

There's only one feature on my wishlist and that would be for accommodation requestees to also have the ability to take notes or make comments on their cases to promote transparency through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
