What do you like best about Disclo?

I appreciate that Disclo centralizes request management and removes barriers for employees. The medical verification feature and the ability to manage job duties are valuable to me. It integrates really nicely with Tilt and ADP, which ensures managers know where employees are in the process, and associates feel supported because their information is protected. I use Disclo to manage workplace accommodations. It centralizes accommodation requests, removes entry barriers for employees, provides medical verification, and integrates well with Tilt and ADP, ensuring managers know employee statuses and associates feel supported with protected information.
