With the help of Dashbot we were able to collect information about user interactions with our chatbot. It has features such as – the total number of conversations that have been initiated, total number of people, the most active conversation topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that I feel is less effective is the sentiment analysis of the posts. It is especially aimed at recognizing positive/ negative words from chanting, which is not sufficient to have a deep overview of users’ emotions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
