What do you like best about Dilypse?

What I like most about Dilypse is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. It has become a very valuable tool for managing our teams and our multiple locations, especially as we have more than five stores to manage. The reporting is also a major advantage. It allows us to identify issues and better understand their root causes, which helps us implement solutions that we may never have considered without the insights provided by the platform. It gives us a much clearer picture of what is happening across our locations and helps us make more informed decisions. The AI features are another great time-saver. They allow us to respond to reviews much faster while still making sure our responses are accurate, professional, and appropriate. I also find the pricing reasonable considering everything included in the platform. Dilypse brings several useful tools together in one place, including social media publishing management, review management and responses, reporting, and a store locator. Having all these features centralized makes the platform even more valuable for us. Finally, one of the key strengths for us is the support we receive from the Dilypse team. They are always very available, open to our suggestions and feedback, and proactive in helping us improve. We really feel that they listen to our needs and work with us to find better solutions. What do you dislike about Dilypse?

There isn’t much that I dislike about Dilypse. Overall, we are very satisfied with the platform. If I had to mention a few areas for improvement, I would say that the social media management features could be more advanced and offer some of the functionalities available on platforms that specialize specifically in social media management. Another improvement that would be very valuable for us would be the ability to integrate Dilypse data directly into Power BI. This would allow us to combine the data from Dilypse with our other marketing and business data and create more comprehensive dashboards and analyses across our locations. What problems is Dilypse solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem Dilypse has solved for us is the management of customer reviews and responses. When you have multiple locations to manage, keeping track of all the reviews and making sure they are answered in a timely and appropriate way can be very time-consuming. Dilypse has made this process much more efficient and has saved us a tremendous amount of time. It also allows us to respond more consistently and quickly, which ultimately improves the customer experience and contributes to greater customer satisfaction.
