What do you like best about Diligent?

We use the Highbond platform to perform Sarbanes-Oxley 404 documentation and testing, compliance risk assessments, and audit documentation & analytics. What do you dislike about Diligent?

Like any software platform, the time and effort required to tailor the Diligent software to meet the organization's needs are significant. However, the ability to customize the software supersedes the time requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diligent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using the Diligent platform has allowed us to identify pain points, redundancies and inefficiencies within various business processes. Using the platform, we have consolidated or eliminated 25% of redundant controls in our organization. This has enabled us to focus more time on higher-risk areas within our organization.
