What do you like best about Digsite?

I love how easy it is to set up a qualitative research study in the Digsite platform. I also appreciate the SmartReport tool that make it so easy to create a report of findings, complete with the participant quotes I have selected to show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Digsite solving and how is that benefiting you?
