I like that Digits is very user friendly and has a solid foundation in AI, making it robust and flexible. Its AI capabilities enable it to adapt quickly to the ever-changing economy. I appreciate how it automatically identifies transactions, like prepaid ones, and instantly creates schedules. It recognizes when an asset is purchased and can generate a depreciation schedule and loans payable schedule for me. I really like that it can view check images, assign vendor names, and categorize expenditures automatically. There are many features in Digits that greatly reduce the time I spend on record keeping. The customer service is great, and the support team is excellent. I also appreciate the mobile app, which is beneficial for my clients, and I particularly like the MCP feature and its 100% agentic AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing I'd like to see improved with Digits is its features for the trades. Specifically, I need it to support things like percentage of completion, works in process, and job phase costing.
