It has greatly improved our IT operations by reducing the number of manual processes, and it has significant potential to increase its utility and support continued improvement. The team is very knowledgeable and provides the support we need. Some use cases take longer than expected to implement because of time constraints, limited resources, and overall complexity. The documentation also has room for improvement and could be clearer in places. That said, I haven’t faced any major issues with Digitate overall, and both the product and support teams are consistently reachable and responsive, meeting our requirements when needed.
