"User friendly cloud-based software"

What do you like best about Digitail?

It's a modern, user-friendly, cloud-based software. I manage multiple practices remotely and can access any account from home. It was also easy to implement and integrate with other services we use (ex. IDEXX). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digitail?

My team and I both dislike how Digitail "batches" medications. When you run out of one bottle of medication, it goes to the next bottle. However, it shows this on the client invoice and charges twice for the dispensing fee. You have to ensure you notice this and remove one dispensing fee. It also doesn't look great to clients having two line items for the same product. It may not seem like a big deal, but it is something we don't particularly love! What problems is Digitail solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is easy to switch between multiple accounts for the practices I manage. We hired VSRs (virtual service representatives) to work from home to answer phone calls and eliminate ringing phones in the hospital. This would not be possible with server-based software. Online client booking also eliminates ringing phones and allows clients to easily find a time that works for them. We believe in transparency, so we display the flowboard in our waiting area so clients can see where they are in the queue (we are an urgent care). Our number one goal is client satisfaction, and all of the above help with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
