What do you like best about Digify?

Live chat and email support are very quick and useful. The priority support is only available on higher level packages, but any configuration or permissions issues is quickly resolved. Integration with leading cloud storage services (Google Drive, Dropbox, Box). Email integration (Gmail, Outlook) and CRMs. Everything is tracked so we can see where our documents are at all times. The deal process, due diligence and funding rounds is easily streamlined. Features like one click NDAs, page by page tracking and expiry dates make managing sensitive information much easier. What do you dislike about Digify?

The security features may feel cumbersome to users as downloading and printing is restricted by default. Some viewers request the original file. Basic file sharing is very straightforward but more complex features like folder permissions, access control and larger data rooms require some setup. Occasionally large or unusual file types is slow to load. The cost is fairly high for a small team, and some advanced features such as increased storage, advanced data room features and additional users only be found on higher level plans. What problems is Digify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Digify allows us to control who sees, for how long and how they see our confidential documents. This ensures secure sharing of sensitive information. we’ll have peace of mind knowing we can share files with external parties, whilst also seeing who is engaging with our documents to speed up deal closures and reviews. It offers detailed analytics at a page level, showing you when the document has been viewed, who has viewed it, how many seconds they have spent on specific pages and what sections they have skipped. It also includes dynamic watermarks (overlaying the viewers email, name and IP address) and anti-screenshot technology to prevent visual theft of our information.
