I love that Digify gives me control even after I send a file. I can revoke access, track views, and use granular permissions to lock down documents, disable downloading or printing, and add custom watermarks. The page-by-page analytics show me how people engage with files and what they focus on. Digify gives us more robust document security and watermarking than DocSend, which fits our workflow much better, and setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to nitpick, I’d like the reporting and analytics to be more robust, including the option to export or download analytics overview reports as a PDF instead of taking screenshots. Some external users also run into friction opening third-party links or navigating security prompts. More granular notifications, like real-time alerts or customizable daily digests, would make it easier to track document activity without constantly checking the dashboard. The mobile viewing experience could be smoother too, since watermarks and restricted layouts can be a bit clunky on smaller phone screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
