What do you like best about Digi Remote Manager?

What I like most about Digi Remote Manager is how much hassle it saves us when managing our network devices. Being able to push out mass updates, update firmware, and check connection health for hundreds of routers from a single dashboard beats manual setup every single time. What do you dislike about Digi Remote Manager?

The interface can feel a bit dated, and navigating through nested menus to adjust specific device configurations takes some getting used to. Also setting up custom alerts or automated tasks requires a slight learning curve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Digi Remote Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementation, we struggled with manually managing scattered field devices and rolling out site visits just to handle firmware updates or fix configuration drifts. Now, we can push out mass configuration changes, monitor network health in real-time, and automatically enforce security policies across our entire fleet from a single dashboard.
