What do you like best about Digi Remote Manager?

Automated Configuration Management & Self-Healing: You can define configuration baselines and templates for groups of devices. If a remote device is changed locally without authorization or starts to experience configuration drift, Digi RM detects the variance and automatically restores the device to its approved state. What do you dislike about Digi Remote Manager?

UI Complexity and Information Hierarchy: Moving between Device Health, Configuration Profiles, Task Automations, and Data Streams often feels fragmented rather than cohesive. The interface still seems to carry architectural baggage from older versions (such as legacy Device Cloud concepts), which makes day-to-day navigation less intuitive and harder to follow than it needs to be. What problems is Digi Remote Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Expensive On-Site Interventions ("Truck Rolls"): Manually servicing field-deployed cellular gateways, routers, and edge nodes is both costly and time-consuming. Digi RM helps by providing centralized out-of-band access, enabling remote reboots, mass firmware rollouts, and direct, browser-based terminal access to endpoints connected behind the gateway via Digi Remote Reach.

Configuration Drift & Silent Tampering: In the field, devices often experience unauthorized configuration changes, gradual misalignment from intended settings, or local updates that fail without being noticed.
