What do you like best about Dieselmatic?

They were really good from the beginning! Onboarding was great, the website setup was good, and ongoing customer service has been great too! They definitely understand the diesel shop world, and how to improve marketing for our company in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dieselmatic?

I can't really think of anything that I dislike. One area where maybe they could improve a little is helping us increase our social media presence. But helping us set up our company social media was very smooth! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dieselmatic:

If you are a heavy duty diesel or light duty diesel shop, I would definitely look into Dieselmatic as your marketer. They are a great company, with great people who work there! They are friendly, smart, and they definitely understand marketing in the diesel world. They are helpful with their articles that they write for our website, and it is information that is applicable to our customers. What problems is Dieselmatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having a hard time letting people know that we are equipped for service calls to go to the customer's place of business, and we offer roadside assistance.
