**What do you like best about DialTM?**

DialTM has been useful for keeping my online meetings, webinar sessions, and healthcare communication more organized during regular work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for online consultations, follow-up discussions, nutrition awareness webinars, and educational sessions for students and learners. Scheduling meetings, creating webinar sessions, and handling participants feels simple during daily work.

Handling meetings, webinar sessions, recordings, and participant activities together also feels comfortable during busy schedules. During online consultations, explaining diet charts, wellness routines, and weight management related topics feels easier through screen sharing and live discussions. Webinar sessions are also useful for health awareness discussions and student learning sessions because handling live interaction and recordings feels comfortable during regular sessions. I also like that recordings can be checked later whenever needed during regular work.

I use DialTM quite frequently for healthcare consultations, online health awareness sessions, student teaching discussions, and regular follow-up communication. Performance has been stable during regular use and joining meetings, handling webinar sessions, and managing participant activities usually feels smooth during work. Overall, DialTM fits naturally into my healthcare, consultation, and educational workflow and helps keep regular online communication and follow-up discussions easier during daily work.

**What do you dislike about DialTM?**

During webinar sessions, I sometimes notice that handling participant controls, polls, chat activity, and screen sharing together can feel a little less smooth when many activities are happening at the same time. For regular meetings and discussions it works properly overall, though during longer educational sessions a slightly simpler control layout would feel more comfortable.

**What problems is DialTM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DialTM is helping me keep online consultations, webinar sessions, and healthcare communication more properly managed during regular work. Earlier, handling meeting links, follow-up discussions, webinar sessions, participant communication, and recordings separately used to take more time during busy schedules.

Now it feels easier to schedule meetings, conduct online health awareness sessions, manage participant activities, and handle educational discussions from one place. This is useful for my work because I regularly conduct nutrition consultations, student learning sessions, wellness discussions, and follow-up communication during daily workflow.

It is also helping me keep webinar recordings, live discussions, polls, and online interaction more properly arranged during health awareness and educational sessions. Overall, DialTM helps me save time and makes online consultations, webinar sessions, and healthcare communication feel more organized during regular work.

My college professor switched to DialTM because the automated attendance and attention-tracking tools make their job so much easier.

**What do you dislike about DialTM?**

First off, the mobile app can be a bit hit-or-miss. While it runs great on a laptop, if you're trying to join a massive meeting from your phone during a busy time of day, it can sometimes lag or feel a bit clunky.
Another big one is the lack of integrations. If your team relies heavily on tying everything into Salesforce, Zendesk, or complex Google Workspace automations, DialTM isn't going to play as nicely as something like Microsoft Teams or Zoom. It’s pretty much a standalone island.
Lastly, the interface just feels a bit dated. It’s super simple, which is great for beginners, but it definitely lacks that polished, modern feel you get with the big, expensive platforms. It’s strictly function over form.

We switch to DialTM because the automated attendance and attention-tracking tools make their lives so much easier.

the thing that I like most about the dialTM is that it's easy and smooth video conferencing which has multiple users to use it very easily it allows users to use in mobile as well as on desktop anyone it's secure meeting managementand communication features

all suggest to improve this app in the sector of performance because it legs often during the larger conference and it's advanced features feels limited as compared to the other advanced bigger platforms

It is very beneficial because it solves remote communication and collaboration problems. It lets us have contact and meetings without any travel, which makes team decisions easier. The screen sharing also improves presentations and training.

The initial setup of DialTM was good and simple.

At times, call quality is not stable. They could improve some features like integration with Gmail or Teams. It would be helpful if it had better integration with tools like Teams, such as syncing the contacts, logging calls automatically, or implementing direct calling from those platforms.

**What do you like best about DialTM?**

I use DialTM for video calls, classes, and meetings with my friends for college. I like its features like sharing video, audio, and files smoothly without obstacles. I enjoy its video quality, which is like HD quality. I really love the chat with video call features, and my parents can easily use DialTM for my parent meetings. DialTM solves my problem by easily creating meeting links and allowing screen sharing during meetings. It also records my classes so I can access them and not miss important points. **What do you like best about DialTM?**

I like that DialTM can quickly organize team meetings without cumbersome procedures. All you need to do is gather the participants and start the discussion immediately. Multi-person calls never glitch or freeze, even with 5 or 6 teammates on the line; everyone’s voice is clear and there's no overlapping. It's super easy for the whole team to set up—we just logged in with our company work accounts without extra registration or complicated authorization steps, and everyone was using the basic functions in 5 minutes tops. The convenience and stability make it a must-have for our team’s daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about DialTM?**

Sometimes it lags a little in the background when I have other work apps open, and the call might cut out for a split second occasionally. It’d be great to support quick sharing of small files/screenshots during calls, no need to switch to other apps to send them, makes work handoffs smoother.

Suggestion: Further optimization of the browser-based client to handle high-concurrency environments without lagging.
