  ### 4. Must-Have for Convenient and Stable Team Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about DialTM?**

I like that DialTM can quickly organize team meetings without cumbersome procedures. All you need to do is gather the participants and start the discussion immediately. Multi-person calls never glitch or freeze, even with 5 or 6 teammates on the line; everyone’s voice is clear and there's no overlapping. It's super easy for the whole team to set up—we just logged in with our company work accounts without extra registration or complicated authorization steps, and everyone was using the basic functions in 5 minutes tops. The convenience and stability make it a must-have for our team’s daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about DialTM?**

Sometimes it lags a little in the background when I have other work apps open, and the call might cut out for a split second occasionally. It’d be great to support quick sharing of small files/screenshots during calls, no need to switch to other apps to send them, makes work handoffs smoother.

Additionally, the initial setup of DialTM was very easy and straightforward.

Performance Stability During Peak Times One of the most frequent suggestions from users is the need for more robust server stability. The Challenge: Some users report performance delays and 'flickering' on the web interface when meetings reach higher participant counts or during peak global usage hours.
