I like DialTM's automatic call transcription feature the most. It turns full conversations into searchable text logs after our pre-production discovery calls with brand clients, allowing our producers to quickly look up specific feedback without replaying full audio files. This saves us a lot of prep time before video shoots. The auto-transcription saves our production team immense amounts of review time, as we can search for keywords inside transcripts to capture exact client expectations, reducing misinterpretation before shoot days. DialTM’s biggest shortfall is its weak filtering for transcribed call data. I cannot create saved filters to pull transcripts for a specific client campaign, which slows down pre-production prep. Its mobile experience is spotty; producers often encounter glitches logging calls from location shoots, leading to missed records. Without dedicated IT support, we're stuck manually handling call logs, which increases workload. Additionally, DialTM's lack of CRM integration forces me to manually transfer call data, adding unnecessary admin work and risks of missing notes. Lastly, onboarding freelance crew is difficult due to recurring permission issues that prevent them from accessing key features, causing delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
