**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

I like having transcripts of my conversations and voice messages. The page layout, interface, and customization options are all easy to use. I also appreciate the email notifications I receive when people contact me. Overall, it’s very user-friendly—easy to navigate and quick to find any contact I’m searching for. I also like that the name of callers that appears after the first conversation.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Easy dialing, plus the ability to copy and paste phone numbers, and see the time and date of calls. I also like having categories in the inbox. It’s been working really well for my job, and I honestly don’t have any downsides.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the web page window open on my computer is super handy. I don’t have to pick up an actual phone or even have a phone that requires cellular data. It’s efficient and effective for my job, especially since it involves so many phone-call conversations.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

I continue to appreciate that I can easily export data on Call information and that there is a salesforce integration.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

One thing that has remained extremely tricky and difficult to navigate is the texting through Dialpad. While I use my phone for business, it operates as more of a personal business line. I need to be able to text colleagues and coworkers with quick, custom messages. However, Dialpad only offers the ability to send bulk messages with extremely high rates at which to send them out. 

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used other VoIP services and they were unreliable and dropped calls frequently. With Dialpad I have not dropped a call yet and I live in a very rural area. Dialpad allows me to track who I have called, when I called them, if a message was left, any inbound calls, etc. It also allows me to have my cell phone close by as my work phone but turn off the work number when my work hours are over.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

I appreciate that it mimics the look of an actual phone call and text screen. When my wifi is spotty, I can switch to using the phone app and LTE. The desktop app's ability to connect texts and calls to Salesforce records saves me more hours than I could count. This is also a handy way to ensure that you can receive calls on your phone without giving away your information.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Sometimes the desktop and phone apps can be slow to end a call despite clicking the correct 'hang up' button. I always wait a few seconds until it registers.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives me an organized list of contacts and recent messages, as well as mostly accurate voicemail transcripts. The ability to create, save, and set voicemails are handy for holidays or PTO. My favorite thing about it is the ability to connect calls/texts to Salesforce records.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

Since i have been using this from past few years it is helping me a lot day by day after implementing technologies. It is really saving my time in some of the feature like converting my conference calls into text and Helping me in followups notifications with candidates and client also conference call due to that i never missed any meetings or calls . Also there is one more very good AI feature by giving me suggestions to make the conversation more productive.

need to work on the some existing features to make more effective and reduce the interruption for user .

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dialpad AI Voice resolve the biggest issue by giving the transcript feature which help to understand the other languages also give the quality of Calling, texting, I would say Dialpad AI voice is good one for all these .

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

Absolutely nothing, because I can’t get any of my questions answered or resolved.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Cannot cancel my subscription. I spoke directly with the director, who personally assured me the subscription would be canceled and that I would receive a refund. May came around and not only was the subscription still active, but I was charged again.

The worst part of this entire experience has been the customer service. Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours just to speak with someone, and then another 1-2 weeks to actually get anything resolved. Extremely frustrating experience overall.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were very few benefits, and they were completely masked by all the issues I ran into with the customer success team. They don’t seem to have any ability to escalate problems within a reasonable timeframe, so I consistently had to wait 1–2 hours on hold just to get a response.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

I like the AI summary feature in Dialpad Connect. It summarizes the call and provides specific points about what the call was about, whether it's related to billing, a claim, a complaint, or a client looking for a new quote. This feature helps eliminate the necessity to go back and forth, as I can export the summary to other coworkers so they know what the client was talking about. I find it incredibly helpful because I don't need to remember what the client said since everything is summarized on a script. That's why I would recommend Dialpad Connect 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Sometimes, when there are bilingual clients, for example, if I speak to a client in Spanish, the AI doesn't summarize the call because it doesn't understand Spanish, apparently.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dialpad Connect simplifies communication with AI summaries, reducing back-and-forth on client calls and aiding understanding by capturing key interaction details. It exports summaries, letting coworkers grasp client conversations without repeating discussions.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

I appreciate how Dialpad Connect eliminates the need for a physical PBX system, saving on hardware costs. The AI transcription feature is incredibly helpful for keeping notes during meetings, even while explaining or listening to others. It's great for summarizing meetings and tracking team activities. I also like the customer support, which is very helpful and quick to respond, making interactions smooth and efficient. Additionally, the seamless cloud-based calling and the easy setup, especially for those with some experience, are features I enjoy.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Sometimes it feels a bit slow on mobiles. It is better if the mobile experience is much better. It will be more helpful if it's compatible with others tools, similar to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. For newcomers, it's a bit less understandable.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dialpad Connect eliminates the cost of hardware by removing the need for a physical PBX system. The AI transcription feature helps me take notes easily during meetings and summarizes them. Their customer support is very fast and helpful.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

I like that I can use Dialpad Connect on my computer so I don't have to use my phone to text clients. It allows me to type really fast, copy and paste everything, and open up documents seamlessly. The AI transcript feature is also helpful because I talk to a lot of different people every day, and it helps me remember what we talked about a couple of days later, so I don't have to ask the client the same question over and over. The initial setup was pretty easy, and it makes my work a lot easier compared to using my personal line.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Some of the image quality is not the best transferred over when I open it up in a new tab. I don't like how it sends an automated text saying that the recipient can opt out by saying stop, especially when they're clients I've already talked to. It looks a little scammy.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dialpad Connect lets me text clients from my computer, speeding up messaging with fast typing and copy-paste. The AI transcript helps recall past conversations, avoiding repeated client questions.

On top of that, its out-of-the-box integrations with tools like Microsoft 365 help keep communication history and CRM data neatly aligned and in sync.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Users often criticize Dialpad Connect for inconsistent call quality, citing “choppy” audio, dropped calls, and “one-way audio” glitches—especially when switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. Many also feel the pricing structure is misleading, since essential features such as CRM integrations and 24/7 support are restricted to costly higher-tier plans, and final bills can include unexpected taxes and carrier fees. Technical support is another frequent pain point: users describe it as “abysmal” or unresponsive, which can result in long delays when trying to resolve critical billing or service issues.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

1. AI Features and that arrow if you click on it - you can actually see the call transcript
2. Summary feature is also awesome.
3. Voicemail feature
4. Sync with our CRM - MS Dynamics 365
5. I have dialpad on my mobile too - so I don't miss any prospect calls.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Nothing much but just like SalesLoft - it should have the time zone feature too. I mean if I'm calling a phone number it should indicate that the person/prospect is in which Time Zone - that will certainly help us to not call out of time zone areas.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Connect with Customers
2. AI real time transcription - helps to create Minutes of Meeting easily
3. Awesome feature as I can do call my customers, send a text msg and even do a video call from the single window/app.
4. Audio quality is good
5. Communication is much more streamline as for eg - if i call a particular number - past history is reflected or stored which can give you a better idea about your last conversation/communication.
