What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

It is very useful and can be used from all around the world. I can even download it from my cellphone and use it from there. You can even access it from the web browser. It has multiple options for the user to be able to interact how they prefer best. If your company uses it as well, you can store all of the contacts needed in one same place. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

To be honest I don't have any negative feedback. Dialpad Talk works how it's supposed to, you do need access to the internet but nowadays we all have access so that's not much of a problem. What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can have a quick access to all of my contacts in a single application. I have the access to call and be called at any time using this app. The main benefit is the accessibility of it all. Dialpad does not only serve for business use but it also helps you stay communicated with your whole team. This creates a great benefit because of the quick response time you get from the same coworkers who use the same app. One of the other benefits I've noticed is that you get voicemails sent to your email, making it very easy for a user to return the call and get the context needed from the caller.
