What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Dialpad Connect has completely transformed our business communication. The built-in Voice Intelligence (Ai Recaps) is a standout feature, providing quick call summaries, action items, and real-time transcriptions. The call audio quality is consistently clear, and the interface is incredibly clean and intuitive across both desktop and mobile apps. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

While the overall platform is solid, the mobile app can occasionally take a few seconds to connect calls when switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Additionally, some of the advanced reporting metrics in the admin dashboard take a bit of time to learn, but customer support usually clarifies things quickly. It solves our challenge of managing client calls and internal communication efficiently across remote and hybrid team members. Having automated notes and action items after every call saves our team hours of manual data entry every week.
