What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

What I like most about Dialpad is how convenient and reliable it is, especially when handling a high volume of calls throughout the day. I regularly use its calling features, call history, contact management, voicemail, and call recordings to manage my interactions with prospects and keep track of follow-ups. I also appreciate being able to quickly review previous calls and access contact information without having to switch between multiple platforms.

These features help me stay organized, save time, and manage my daily calling tasks more efficiently. One unexpected benefit is being able to revisit call recordings when I need to verify details or recall important information from a conversation. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

One area that could be improved is Dialpad's AI-generated call transcription feature. The transcriptions are not always accurate, particularly when identifying names, certain words, and phrases used during conversations. This sometimes requires me to replay call recordings and manually verify details, which takes additional time and affects my workflow. It would be helpful if Dialpad could improve its speech recognition accuracy, especially for different accents and speaking styles. Additionally, improving call connection stability and reducing occasional delays would make conversations smoother and more reliable. What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Dialpad, keeping track of a high volume of outbound calls, prospect conversations, and follow-ups could be challenging, especially when managing multiple property manager contacts throughout the day. With Dialpad, I can make and manage calls in one place, review call history, access recordings, and keep track of previous interactions more easily. This helps me avoid losing important details, stay organized, and follow up with potential clients more efficiently. The AI-generated transcriptions and call summaries also help me review conversations, although their accuracy could still be improved. Overall, Dialpad has made my daily calling workflow more manageable, reduced the need to manually recall previous conversations, and helped me stay focused and productive throughout my shift.
