The best thing that I can say about any software I use on the daily is that it works intuitively and doesn't present unnecessary barriers to normal tasks. In my experience with Dialpad, it just works. The options I need are easily visible, the layout is clear, and work that I do often as an attorney - like merging calls, juggling holds, recording, etc. is doable with a single click without getting lost in a side menu. To access recordings, you need to go into a browser, which is inconvenient. Additionally, we get a lot of files sent over text by clients, and viewing, downloading, and compiling those requires that we download each one 1 by 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
