What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I like that DialPad isn’t just VoIP software that gives me my own unique phone number. I can also download the DialPad app and answer business calls from anywhere, which makes it much more flexible for my day-to-day work. It’s especially helpful that I can keep my personal number hidden from clients, and I can turn on Do Not Disturb mode when I need some uninterrupted time. The text feature is also nice as I know other models don't have that. Lastly, the new UI is awesome and a lot more friendly on the eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

The online website seems clunky and lags a bit compared to the actual application on my desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m able to reach out to clients on a day-to-day basis without having to share my personal phone number. I can also text them and basically use it as a second phone line while still using my main phone. There’s no need for a second line—just the software. My team members agree as well.
