I LOVE that messages can be pre-recorded and sent out later at the best times. Also the application is very user friendly. The reports that let me know which recipients heard the message is quite helpful too. Actually there are numerous features that I love. You can't go wrong with DialMyCalls! I really don't feel that there is a downside but if I wanted to be picky, I would say the frequency of use and the pricing for additional credits could be a bit better.
