What do you like best about DialLink?

They have developed a reliable communications cloud-based software that is very user-friendly and with a lot of enhanced features that were missing from my LEC carrier. Customer support is just a chat away, and their response time is fast. So I am very pleased to have switched to DialLink and highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialLink?

What problems is DialLink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Diallink made it easy for my communications requirements, and the features available are the ones you see in enterprise call centers. I use the recording feature quite often, and the contacts AI agents is a new feature where you manage to automatically answer calls and take care of routine tasks.
