Dialer360 has made making the process of calls so much smoother and has allowed for much more outreach, with crystal clear connections. We've also had a lot of luck regarding issues, but when we have had some small problems, the tech support has been right there to guide us out of the issue and provide a solution to the problem. Dialer360 does lack a level of automation that most companies are wanting, and a lot of similar products are starting to offer to remain competitive. While we don't have many complaints, an enhanced level of automation would make Dialer360 even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
