What I like about Dialaxy is that it's lightweight and runs smoothly in the browser without using too much RAM. I can keep it open in a background tab without noticing any major slowdown, even on lower spec office computers. I also like that it focuses on the features we actually need, such as calling, SMS/MMS, and call management, without adding unnecessary features that can make the platform feel heavy. What I like about Dialaxy is also what makes it different from some other communication platforms. It mainly focuses on calling, SMS/MMS, and call management rather than trying to include heavy video meeting features. If a team needs an all-in-one video conferencing platform, they may find those features limited. For our needs, though, keeping the platform focused makes it faster and simpler to use.
