What do you like best about Diabolocom?

What do you dislike about Diabolocom?

The UX/UI could be improved. Some functionalities are missing, such as filters. There is a lack of AI for admins. An AI knowledge base could be leveraged directly within the interface to help admins with setup or debugging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diabolocom solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wasn’t there when Diabolocom was implemented, but the tool gives us the ability to manage calls across multiple platforms, with different agents (including internals and externals) and different scopes, while meeting our needs for data segmentation and skills attribution. We’ve also set up proactive outbound campaigns, which help support cross-sell initiatives and strengthen customer loyalty through our Presales teams. The tool also integrates well with Zendesk, which is our ticketing tool for support services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
