What do you like best about Di-LIMS?

I appreciate how flexible Di-LIMS is in adapting to different lab processes. The automation features, audit trails, and role-based access controls make it ideal for maintaining compliance while improving productivity. What do you dislike about Di-LIMS?

While Di-LIMS is a strong system overall, some modules can feel a bit complex to configure initially. Certain customization options require technical support, which can slow down implementation.
