What do you like best about dgenious?

Dgenious provide impactful real-time analysis from multiple points of sales. It was a value addition for our organization, directly impacting the top lines by optimizing inventory, and monitoring sales with secure data. Its reporting features are unique, providing multiple insights into business and retail networks. Also, its user privilege system is unique and much needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dgenious?

Nothing much, but it would be better if it also has a geo-location tracking of Point of Sales. As retail networks are generally widespread hence geo location tracking and data would be an added advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is dgenious solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a company into retail business operation of large scale with a complex channel, we were lacking in business analytics, how different POS is value adding to the revenues in a similar market. After the integration of Dgenious we were able to get an insight on consumers' patterns of preferred POS. It led to increasing the POS, which is positively impacting sales.
