I like that there is a great user experience for external parties, which makes it easier to navigate and search efficiently to find specific documents. There are also many deal-ready VDR capabilities such as strong permissioning, folder/Q&A structure, watermarking, etc., which is useful for M&A, financings, restructurings, and diligence-heavy processes. Uploading, renaming, and keeping a clean folder can be time-consuming, especially in a late deal when documents churn, but that comes with any other VDR as well.
