The automation is very helpful. It saves time when documenting expenses by quickly extracting receipt data, and it makes AR and AP easier thanks to its integration with Quickbooks. Instead of having someone manually review items and record all the details, it only takes a few seconds to upload a receipt, have the information automatically extracted, and get it published.<br><br>This is especially useful across teams where employees incur expenses as part of their work. I’ve also found the mileage tracking tools helpful for employees who use their personal vehicles while working and need reimbursement. Dext has some limitations on which file formats can be uploaded, which sometimes means we have to convert documents before submitting them. For example, one of my clients uses Dext to help track their accounts receivable.
