Dext is a great tool that gets used a lot both internally at the firm and externally by clients and allows us to be able to continue supporting our clients to our full potential.

Specific features I enjoy and love to share with my clients is the UI. It's very user friendly and clients often appreciate being able to upload documents via different and convenient methods like the app, whatsapp, email, etc.

The integrations, in particular with accounting software makes for a very seamless experience for the client and a very valuable one for us at the firm.

The newer AI features are a huge plus for the team as it allows us to continue to streamline, automate, and save on manual tasks which in turn saves on time.

Additionally, having the Dext team come and do an in-person session with us is always so valuable as we're able to connect directly and use real life examples, and learn about new features and how to utilize them, give and get real time feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
