What do you like best about Detrack?

The interface across both desktop and mobile is easy to use. It's helped us to simplify and streamline our logistics management within our business. Being able to update our drivers with information while they're out on the go from one centralised platform is brilliant. It's also helped us to continue with our digital-first scheme to reduce delivery paperwork and overall printing. Easy access to see where our drivers are is critical and is a huge benefit from Detrack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Detrack?

After using Detrack for over 2 years, we are yet to find anything that we are unhappy with or does not work for us. They have an excellent system for providing feedback to which is always dealt with quickly, which is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Detrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding a centralised transport management system that multiple people can view and manage anywhere was the original goal. Accessing Detrack from anywhere in the world has proved to be a huge benefit over the last few months, with many colleagues working remotely but still able to collaborate and accurately plan logistics.
