What do you like best about DeskTime?

I like the ease of use and that you can add integrations, such as Google Calendar, to synchronize your meetings with the time tracker at work. It also has online support to solve any kind of problem. What do you dislike about DeskTime?

What problems is DeskTime solving and how is that benefiting you?
