What do you like best about Desk365?
It offers extensive customization, AI-generated KB articles, and a solid Teams integration. Pricing feels best-in-class, and onboarding was pretty easy compared to other solutions I’ve tried. The web UI is fine, and using Teams as the UI is great; I’d just like to see a Slack integration as well. Performance has never been an issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
