What do you like best about DesignSoft Creative Billing?

It allows you to have multiple staff members, up to 50 with standard plans, to set up specific projects and track billable time, also comes with a stopwatch and time sheet function that stores data in an unlimited number of employees, has a database of contacts and simple accounting functions, and has full data export capabilities; since this program is an online application, you don't have to worry about capital investments, upgrades or backups. All of this is available with a subscription to a package that best suits your needs. You can assign individual tax rates for any task or service; and adjustment entries allow you to manage prepayments, withholdings, incremental billing, discounts, and special charges. The project summary screen allows you to view all accrued charges, taxes, balance versus quotes, profit and loss, and billing history. All invoices and quotes can be formatted to show only what you want your customers to see. All invoices and quotes can be printed in HTML, PDF, Excel (XML), Quark Xpress or Microsoft Word file formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DesignSoft Creative Billing?

What problems is DesignSoft Creative Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Offers full-time and billing management features. First, you can enter any number of projects with descriptions, contacts, status, type and additional comments. For each project you can enter time, expenses and out-of-pocket costs; all with preset marks that you define individually for different tasks. There are no limitations on the number of customers, suppliers, business contacts or even the number of simultaneous users. The stopwatch allows you to configure several timers that are published directly on your time sheets for future imports. all projects can be invoiced by established amounts incrementally, by charges to date, by budget or for the entire project.
