This free utility has never failed me in opening up CAD schematics of different formats such as, but not limited to, DWG, DWF, DXF, PDF & TIFF. As a structural engineer, I often receive civil & architectural plans in various formats that I wouldn't usually be able to view. But Design Review overcomes such issues thanks to its vast CAD compatibility support. Moreover, the user interface is silky-smooth & is well-optimized to run on even low-end hardware.
