Descope takes authentication off our plate. Onboarding a new enterprise customer’s SSO is a configuration change, not an engineering project. One login page sends each user to their own company’s identity provider.
What are the upsides?
* Visual login flows we can change without a frontend release, and also manage as code
* Every auth method in one place: SSO, passkeys, magic links, OTP
* Roles, permissions and custom tokens that fit a multi-tenant B2B product
* Much faster to ship enterprise-grade auth, so the team stays focused on our core product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Complex flows can get hard to manage in the visual editor, but it’s a small trade-off for what we get Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
