I like Descartes Shipper TMS for its basic, non-flashy GUI, which makes using it straightforward without unnecessary distractions. I really appreciate the ability to build and save load templates for multiple types of loads, as this feature means I don't have to enter loading and destination addresses and specifics every time I want to plan a load.
