I use Descartes MyCarrierPortal for carrier vetting and packet processing. It helps me better understand who I’m talking to when setting up carriers, and it accurately processes packets and insurance. It’s easy to use in customer service, and I never have an issue identifying who I’m talking to. The integration with our TMS is seamless and saves us a lot of time by instantly porting information from FMCSA to our systems.
