It's great for maintaining accurate ETAs, automating shipment updates, and improving communication across teams. I also appreciate its integrations with multiple ELD providers and telematics systems, which make onboarding and tracking more efficient for carriers and brokers. The newer Control Tower 2.0 interface is much more user-friendly, organized, and efficient than previous versions. The updated layout makes it easier to monitor loads, navigate between tracking details, and manage day-to-day visibility operations smoothly. One thing that could still be improved is tracking consistency across smaller carriers that use older or less compatible ELD systems.
