I like the fidelity of the information and that the vehicle locations are updated in real-time. I can see estimated arrival times and quickly receive notifications about the status of each vehicle and when contacting drivers. I also find it reliable, fast, and secure. The app is intuitive, and setting up each new load is very easy. Additionally, I can check the tracking from another program without having to enter Descartes MacroPoint directly. Sometimes, when Descartes MacroPoint integrates with other applications, the connection takes a bit longer, although it still works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
