I like that Descartes MacroPoint allows our customers to know exactly where their trucks are, providing improved visibility on the location of our customer shipments. I find it seamless to integrate with our Tie TMS software, which enhances our tracking capabilities. I appreciate that the driver only needs to download the app or message, and it starts tracking from there, simplifying the process. Also, although I wasn't involved in the initial setup, I didn't hear of any issues, and it seemed to be fairly straightforward and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes drivers don't download the MacroPoint app, which leads to a lack of visibility for us. It would be great if there were a way for them to select it from their cab or if it could integrate more seamlessly with their online logs for automatic tracking.
