What do you like best about Deputy?
The UI/UX is user friendly and easy to navigate. It is great that it can be integrated to most of the applications like Xero. Based on my experience, the performance is great and did not encounter major technical issues. The pricing is fair enough as it is per active users. The support is good. I had a lot of tickets raised and they were able to answer them. Now with AI, it is much faster and helpful to get help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Deputy?
-one of the limitations is the unavailability of some of the awards -there is no option for public holiday per country and this has to be done manually and not syncing to Xero -limitations on custom pay rate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
