It’s very user-friendly. I also love that it tracks time without monitoring my computer activity. As a VA myself, it gives me confidence to focus on my tasks without feeling like I’m being micromanaged. I also love that it can be easily integrated to any tools suck as zapier and slack. So far, it didn't have any downtime issues, and is cheaper compared to any other tracker. Support is also very responsive on a timely manner.
