I feel confident about the individual being vetted due to the indepth checks that are done. The support I recieve from Lizzie daily is great, always there to answer any of my questions and jump onto a call if needed. Pretty easy to use software. I sometimes struggle with the cancelled bucket when people already have an account and it goes straight into the cancelled bucket. I also struggle sometimes with the hoops the individual has to jump through if they haven't been working or if one thing isnt right and it hinders the whole process (aware this is what makes someone vetted though) it is just frustrating when TUPE people come across who were previously vetted and now cant be through Deploi.
