What do you like best about Deonde?

The team is highly responsive, and the software is intuitive and user-friendly. They continuously improve the platform based on client feedback at no additional cost. They also offer grace periods during the early stages, demonstrating a genuine understanding of business challenges. Overall, they are a great company to work with. What do you dislike about Deonde?

The main downside is that add-ons can be quite expensive. Since the software is offered under a SaaS agreement rather than owned by the client, more affordable pricing would be beneficial. Any improvements made to the platform ultimately benefit both the provider and the client. However, high prices may push clients to explore alternative solutions. What problems is Deonde solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deonde provides us with the technology needed to operate and manage our on-demand delivery platform without building the entire system from scratch. It helps us manage customer orders, vendors, drivers, payments, delivery tracking and day-to-day operations through one integrated platform. This allows us to focus more on growing the business, onboarding partners and improving customer service while benefiting from continuous software updates and new features.
