Dentrix ascend is complex in that it contains a large variety of functions, yet it is simple to learn and use. Dentrix Ascend is always adding more features, allows the users to request features, and it always evolving to become better. They have excellent customer support with very knowledgeable employees. The only problem is that it is cloud based so if our network goes down/internet is out, we are unable to access any information. Also, it does not have a time clock integrated with it, but that is almost worth working around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
