**What do you like best about Denticon?**

I used Denticon for over two years at Channel Islands Family Dental, and it was a very reliable and user-friendly EMR. The system is easy to navigate and makes daily tasks like eligibility verification, document uploads, patient care coordination, and insurance management efficient and straightforward. The interface is clean and intuitive, which helped our team stay productive in a fast-paced dental office.

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

While using Denticon, I did not come across any significant issues. The performance remained stable throughout, and both my colleagues and I did not face any recurring problems.

**What problems is Denticon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Denticon brings all patient and insurance information together in one place, which has made our workflows much more organized and efficient. By streamlining administrative tasks, it has helped us avoid mistakes and made it easier for staff to coordinate with each other. As a result, both our team's efficiency and the overall patient experience have noticeably improved.

**What do you like best about Denticon?**

Nothing its a run of a mill software and they want to charge too much for it.  DO NOT DO business with them.  All they have ever done in the last few years is increase my fees while their service has gone down!!

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

They started my subscription at $199, then they raised the price to 300 and 400 and now they are asking $600 per month.  I contacted them and they have not responded for 5 days now.  Its absolutely the worst customer service of my life!.  Do NOT start working with them!   They just raise your fees for no reason and add zero new service to you!

**What do you like best about Denticon?**

We are fairly new to Denticon, but no stranger to Cloud 9. During the conversion we had the best support and a seamless setup. Our teams weren’t fond of it at first, of course, but over time they are in LOVE. The TX plan process is great, we have been able to centralize our RCM and look forward to a call center next. So happy to be part of the Planet DDS Family!

The cost for a great platform like this really made sense for my multiple practices. Not to mention the level of support is great. We also get a ton of built in features that competitors as similar pricepoints do not offer.

The platform itself feels a bit dated and could be improved which I know they are working on!

**What do you like best about Denticon?**

We are still beginning our long journey of implementation of Denticon but my experience so far has been wonderful. I've gotten to meet many subject matter experts across the PDDS organization as well as connect with other DSO's that have implemented the system to learn from. I appreciate the time and dedication the entire team has shown myself and our organization thus far and look forward to bringing this project to fruition

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

We are coming from a propriety system with our developers in-house so anytime we need something new, we can build it ourselves. That will likely be the biggest learning curve for our staff. While Denticon has a great Feature Request system to log our wants/needs it isn't the same as sending an internal request to our own team. But the benefits of Denticon still far outweigh this small downside.

**What problems is Denticon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Steamlined processes overall, like having all of the important patient information on one screen or just a simple and intuitive click away! Our end users wil llike the ease of use of the system and added benefits like texting consents and medical history forms to patients prior to the appointment in order to make the process at check-in quicker on us and them!

One of the many things I love about Denticon is that it is Cloud based, which is crucial for our 10 location DSO.  Patient information is shared across the enterprise and the reporting is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

It would be helpful if a pin board was developed to help hold an appointment to be rescheduled, instead of save and paste.

Denticon has outstanding reporting capability, for our multi location DSO.  In addition, the Planet DDS team works closely with its customers to understand our challenges at the practice and executive level, and creates solutions so that we can work more efficiently.

In the last 10 years of using Planet DDS, we have grown from 2 to 11 locations. The ease of use of the product is unmatched. The conversion process is seamless, and the support team is phenomenal.

“Prior to converting to Planet DDS, IT was a constant headache and we frequently had to pause operations so we could "restart the server." A phrase over the radio, that all staff came to dread. Since moving to Planet DDS, we have been able to reduce by 60% our monthly IT fees and limit the amount of downtime in the office due to computer issues to almost none.”

Training the ledger is difficult with new staff and the internal Statements that print are hard for patients to understand.

**What do you like best about Denticon?**

We took our time vetting PMS system vendors and products as we wanted to assure we were making a sound decision. We wanted a web-based product from a vendor who had extensive experience and who would be responsive, would really listen to us regarding our system needs, and who would treat us as an extended part of their team as opposed to "just another client". We selected Planet DDS and could not be happier with that decision. Since we onboarded our first site, they have continued to work closely with us, have continued to develop terrific additional capabilities and have been consummately responsive when needed. I recommend them unconditionally to anyone who asks for my perception.

While we get volumes of essential and valuable information, we would like analytics in a more user-friendly format.  We understand improvements are forthcoming.

Having the Denticon web-based practice management system enables our doctors and staff to input data from their daily tasks easily, which yields the information we need to consistently  monitor, assess and improve our performance

There are no downsides to denticon. If there is an issue they will jump on it and resolve as fast as possible. They innovate so fast, it's hard to keep up with the new things.

Since we started converting our offices to Denticon in 2018, we have been very impressed with Planet DDS. They are constantly improving the services they offer and are always excited to receive feedback to make their products even better. It’s a pleasure to work with a company that listens to their customers.

As a growing DSO we were faced with the challenge of having multiple Practice Management Software's throughout our offices. By centralizing all our practices and providing visibility to all locations under one PMS Denticon has afforded us the opportunity of streamlining our processes and procedures. Planet DDS worked closely with us during the conversion process and continues to offer support as needed. They continue to enhance their product and address our needs as clients.

Feature Request can not always be granted in the timeline we would like.  
Reports Module needs to be updated for better performance, we are not always able to run large reports and need to rely on the Planet DDS Support team to run them for us.

We launched Denticon in 27 of our offices. It has been the best decision we made as an organization. Our primary goal was to integrate with a cloud-based practice management software. We wanted the accessibility to evaluate many vital parts of our organization such as schedules, production, collections, and reports from both a micro & macro level to which Denticon does beautifully. We also wanted to increase efficiency at the operation level by structuring all the setups, letters, clinical notes, explosion codes the same way across the board, which has helped tremendously in training and developing our teams. We have been able to keep as much as possible inside the software without the need for the teams to remote to other websites such as CareCredit, Dentalxchange, Dentigram and many others. It's really an all-in-one dental practice management.  Our Corporate office and teams have accessibility 24/7 if needed with no problems when remoting to Denticon since its a cloud-base software. Our team and providers love that. It has also been a great experience having one-on-one support from the Denticon team in any of our training needs. Ultimately using all tools available through Denticon, it has allowed our Corporate team to focus on where we can impact production & output the most. They are also the first company that I have also worked very closely with that continues updating and upgrading their software for better output by really hearing the needs of their clients and providers. Denticon will continue being the most recommended software in my opinion for any dental practice or dental organization. I have many years of experience using different dental software but Denticon is just ahead of all of them.

We have been using Legwork for all our patient communications for 7+ years now and have been very happy with the communications with our patients. Being able to quickly and easily send emails or texts to patients has been indispensable. Customer service is always at the ready for any questions too.

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

Sometimes remembering how to generate new email templates takes a minute, but otherwise we are really we are very happy!

Don't pass up looking into Legwork!

We used Legworks extensively during Hurricane Ida.  It allowed us to send bulk messages giving the status of our office AND it allowed us to text patients individually, helping us schedule and check on them when we had no phone service.  It was a true Asset in our time of need.  Our patients love the text message appointment reminders.  Thank you, Legworks.

**What do you like best about Denticon?**

I love legwork because they make sure messages get delivered on time. I don't have to worry about the text or email not being sent over to the patient they'll always receive ahead of time before their appointment date. I also love how legwork has added more amazing features into this messaging service application and they have made the work super easy for me to being able to follow up with my patient's easier  and patient's love legwork as well to communicate with us faster.

Nothing to dislike about legwork; you guys are excellent keep up the fantastic work. Everything about your company is great I just wish you would have the feature for uploading our own documents and concent forms over to the website so our patient's are able to read and sign through the application to make our office paperless soon enough and I did speak to a representative from legwork they stated to me you guys are soon to have that option which was exciting for me to hear and we can't wait for you guys to have that feature available already.

Legwork will make your work performance easier and faster for both yourself and your patient's/client's. This messaging service application is a must-have.

One task I am trying to solve and complete is the online paperwork to keep our office paperless, once I have heard of that benefit being available soon on legwork, I fell in love. I honestly cannot wait for this service to start up soon I am excited and this will definetely get our office more neatly and organized for sure.

I have all the tools that I need to take my practice to the 21st century. This is a transformative company that helps me work the way I want. No competitors come close.

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

Some tools are still not available. Teledentistry and pay by text. I had to sign a 3 year contract to maximize my discounts.

**What problems is Denticon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Online scheduling is a game changer specially during covid times. 
SMS capabilities brings communications to the 21st century, lets face it who even calls anymore. But if you were interested in that they do have a partnership with Mango to have VOIP services.  
Reviews with Google and facebook, because Yelp sucks anyways and it is pay to play. 
Marketing campaigns Their local campaigns bring plenty of patients.

**What do you like best about Denticon?**

As our practice grew, our employees did not. We have such high standards for who we employ here, we don't typically hire "just anybody". With that said, we became so overwhelmed with trying to keep up with the phone calls, emails and every day tasks that we were crying for help. We came across this system and instantly fell in love. The fact that we can multi-task in the office/on the phone while still being able to address patients via text message made our lives SO much easier!

The option to "opt out" of texting (although legally - I'm sure you have to offer that option). We honestly prefer texting over callling patients so when a patient opts out, it makes extra work for us with having to call and leave messages/play phone tag.

It helps us eliminate extra steps/work in order to ensure patients are reminded/confirming their upcoming appts. The phone rings a lot less as they are able to text us with any questions/regards.

Legwork has provided us with an affordable solution for patient communications. They developed and  provide ongoing website management, as well as, two way texting, email and text reminders, birthday greetings, monthly newsletters, rewards programs for referrals, tracking of patient data, and most importantly surveys and reviews. Our presence on google has increased substantially since implementing this system. The company is owned by terrific people that value relationships and service. If you are looking at apatient communication pplatform, look no further.

A downside? I have not found one yet. We have used Legwork for over 4 years.

I like the fast response by the employees at Legwork when there is an issue.   I like the functionality of patients' options using the product.  For instance, they can choose how they would like to receive coorespondence.   The website has great resources to help us track all levels of recare as well.

Sometimes it has a slight glitch as it keeps disconnecting, and then there has been a couple of times when neither of us clicked on a text but it looks like it is unread.

Our Domain name was offline yesterday and is back up today. Nothing is in the works always gets solved within the day.    All employees are knowledgeable, and all the services we are using are a benefit to us.  I love the product!

Scheduling and review platform two way texting. Sending emails to the patient and constant contact portal. Also like how the negative review does not give option to post.
Also  like the notification and alerts it gives to my staff to make a recall appointment and to collect the email address. Also like that it send the birthday reminders.Website is laid out well.It allows us to block certain patients to send them reviews request.Allows us to send the gifts to the patients virtually.

Would love if it can be web based, if I can use it on my phone and can track the calls that come on my business phone. relatively slow integration, If the patient calls and wants to come in at the same time, we cant send them the new patient forms to upload them through webforms.
Website ,does not have lot if editing and video features. It will be great if they offer an intra staff communication service as a part of legwork(like asana) and if email can be sent securely.

Show more analytical reports, Make a way where we can collect payment securely on the website. If possible make a way where we can text the patients their treatment plans and they can even pay securely on their phones using apple Pay or other payment platforms.

Our practice reviews has increased tremendously since we started using this program.
It has taken a lot of load off from my receptionist staff in terms of confirming the appointments which allow them to focus on providing excellent patient care. The last minute cancellation has reduced  a lot due to same day text reminders.Now I dont not have to realise on my stafff to confirm the patient appointments.

There are a lot of great tools to communicate with patients and facilitate confirming appointments. We are excited to utilize the 2-way texting feature that is available. Customer service has been helpful thus far. I like that there are multiple ways to integrate patient reviews, and different ways to set up to send them to specific patients that come in.

Thus far we do not have any complaints. We are still learning the software and trying to figure out how best to implement the features.

Legwork is helping out first and foremost by confirming most of our appointments for us so that we don't have to take time making extra phone calls. We are starting to utilize the 2-way texting feature, which we have never utilized on any other platform, and are excited about the possibilities that holds and how it can make a lot of patient contact a lot easier and a lot quicker.

We are also working with the design team to create a new website for our company. Previously we have been sharing a website with several other offices under one domain. The design team has been very friendly and helpful thus far and we are looking forward to having our own website that we can control and update, etc. as our business changes and grows. We will be able to be a lot more hands on for our branding and what information we provide to patients.

I love how this platform has transformed. We originally became Legwork members for the text message verifications a few years back. Since then, the website has added many more features especially their most recent paperless forms. We had to create our forms from scratch because we are pediatric however their customer service reps walked me through the process. When our office was preparing to reopen after quarantine, we were able to use LegWork to help modify our templates accordingly. I look forward to their new features that will be available next year.

**What do you dislike about Denticon?**

We are a pediatric office so our needs are specific and at times we can be somewhat complicated! I will say that having to create our paperless forms from scratch was a task however it was manageable. The customer service team helps you work through the issues and make it easy. We use the forms constantly throughout the day so the website will lag or stall and we are unable to connect. This will stall our patient's from completing their forms however the time of reconnecting is minimal.

This is a fantastic platform. It checks all the boxes from confirmations via email and/or text and paperless form submissions.

We have solved our move from paper to paperless goal! We utilize their online forms which has been extremely helpful during the pandemic where minimizing patient contact is key. We love that Legwork helps with all aspects of patient recall, reviews, and website.  We recently researched several PRM companies and Legwork was the only company to meet all of our needs.  We wanted to streamline our website and SEO, and find a company that would handle our patient recall and have the ability to host our website and boost us on Google. Legwork was the only company to have all those services available under one roof.  We were also very happy to have the ability to use online forms.

We have used Legwork for 2 months, and so far I can't think of many things I dislike about their service. The pros certainly outweigh any cons there might be.  I do wish there were more reports available to me, but that is not a deal breaker.

We wanted the ability to streamline our vendors and consolidate. Legwork has allowed us to do that. Instead of paying for PRM, SEO, and website services separately, Legwork helps our business in all of those aspects.
